Kate Eye, CPA, CISA

Kate brings over a decade of risk assurance and advisory experience to Eye & Co. Before founding the firm, she built and led the Risk Assurance & Advisory Practice at Maxwell Locke & Ritter, serving clients across technology, healthcare, and financial services. She holds an MPA from The University of Texas at Austin and founded Eye & Co on the conviction that technology should amplify quality and efficiency,  not force you to choose between them. Outside the office, Kate is usually planning her next trip or tracking down the best restaurant in whatever city she's in.

Ryan Sabol, CPA, CISA

Ryan brings over a decade of risk assurance experience to Eye & Co, including seven years at PwC and time at Maxwell Locke & Ritter. She holds a Master's in Accounting from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. Ryan has a passion for project management, keeping engagements running smoothly so clients can stay focused on actually running their businesses. When she's not at work, you’ll find her browsing the local Goodwill or negotiating bedtime with a three-year-old.

Director

Zach holds both a BBA and MPA from The University of Texas at Austin. He interned with PwC before joining Maxwell Locke & Ritter, where he fostered his interest in applying technology to improve how engagements actually get done. At Eye & Co, he focuses on finding opportunities to use AI and automation to drive efficiency and quality across client work. In his spare time, Zach enjoys tinkering with his home server setup and experimenting with new tech.

Zach Sly

Zada earned her BBA in Accounting and MPA from UT Austin's McCombs School of Business. She joined Kate at Maxwell Locke & Ritter four years ago as an intern and is currently pursuing her CPA certification. At Eye & Co, Zada keeps things moving forward with a steady, positive presence. Outside of work, you'll find her crocheting, catching live music, or hosting friends and family at her place.
